Price lists of available photo products ordered by the various commodity groups - see the "Price list" button in the title bar menu. Clicking this function opens the price list. Now you can select the individual products and find the corresponding prices. They are sorted by format, cover and paper type. You will also find the price for additional inserted pages. The price lists are always updated to the latest version with the update function (next but one menu item).
In the basket you can see which items you have currently selected for your order. Each individual item in your order is listed. If you have used any chargeable design templates or themed pages, you can also track these in the basket. You can order further items, amend the quantity of items already selected and delete these items. It is also possible to retrieve and edit the items which have been placed in the shopping cart. On the right-hand side of the shopping cart you will see the price for each individual order line. In the case of orders by CD, the prices are those charged by the store in which you place your order.
You select the order method in the shopping cart. There are two basic possibilities:

If you would like to burn your order onto a CD-R/RW, hand it in at your local photo store and collect it from there, choose the option "Burn a CD - take it to your photo store / collect your products". Choose this option and then click "Next". A form will then open up in which you can enter your details, as required for the order process. If you have a voucher, please do not forget to provide your voucher number. If you tick the box that says "Save personal data to hard drive", you will not need to enter this data when you place your next order. Click "Next". You can select from all the burners connected to your computer. If you have problems burning onto a CD, you can alternatively create an ISO image and burn onto a CD using a different program, e.g. Nero. Choose the burner you want to use and the appropriate writing speed for your burner and CD-R/RW, then click "Next".The data is prepared (a CD image is created). You will also be prompted to insert a CD-R/RW. Click on "OK" when you have inserted a CD-R/RW into the burner. Then the burning process will begin. All finished! Place your burnt CD into a photo order envelope and hand it in at your photo store. This completes the order process.

After you have activated the "Start order process" button in the shopping cart, you can register or enter your user data in the following window. Press "Next" to confirm the details you have entered. Please note that you must have an active Internet connection. You can select the delivery method in the following window. Your order can be supplied in two ways. Either you can collect your order from your dealer, or you can have it sent conveniently to your home address.
When you place an online order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 12 hours.
When the order is packed and ready for dispatch, a dispatch confirmation will be sent at the same time.
The voucher code can be entered in the order form and redeemed when you check the order and before purchase is complete and the order has been sent in.

It is not possible to cancel the order for a CEWE PHOTOBOOK, your order will immediately go into automatic production and can not be stopped.
If you have submitted a CD order for processing and it has been returned to you without being processed, there are two possible explanations: The most likely explanation is that there was no order on your CD. That means you did not place your order through the software and burnt the CD using a burner program installed on your computer. In this case the information on the CD will not be sufficient to print the required CEWE PHOTOBOOK. It is therefore essential that you always place your order using the CEWE PHOTOBOOK Software. Another possibility is that there is an error on the CD which makes it impossible to read your order data. In both cases, your order should be placed again and a new order CD should be burnt.
If there are grounds for complaint, we handle it differently depending on whether you selected postal delivery or collection from the store. If you ordered your CEWE PHOTOBOOK for postal delivery, please contact our Customer Services by telephone or e-mail. If you have received your CEWE PHOTOBOOK order in a store, you should complain through that store. To do so you should ideally place your CEWE PHOTOBOOK in the original packaging, enclose the order bag with the order CD if you did not order online, and briefly set out the reason for your complaint. You should then send this entire order back to us through the same store.
Customer Services will respond immediately. If the facts cannot be clarified directly, the Customer Services agent will gather the required information and contact the customer immediately.
Customer Services is instructed to answer all incoming e-mails within 24 hours. In the case of queries for which Customer Services needs to inspect production data and/or verify other processes, the 24-hour period may be exceeded. You can be sure, however, that all enquiries will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
Incorrectly reproduced colours or colour faults in your CEWE PHOTOBOOK may be caused by the Automatic Image Optimisation. If you find a fault in your CEWE PHOTOBOOK causing colours to be reproduced incorrectly, you can return your order so that the laboratory can check the details of your order and investigate this further for you.
This depends on the weight of the order. Orders with less than 1000g are delivered by standard post, and orders with more than 1000g are delivered by a courier service.
You can re-order your CEWE PHOTOBOOK within six weeks of your initial order by going to your account area on the website.
